Carlos F. Perez

Carlos F. Perez is Chief Growth Officer of GalenusCare, where he leads strategic growth initiatives, expands market presence, and cultivates partnerships that support high-quality, cost-effective care for vulnerable populations. He is a seasoned healthcare executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across clinical operations, value-based care delivery, and healthcare services innovation.

Most recently he held senior executive roles supporting digital transformation initiatives, advising healthcare organizations on program development, regulatory readiness, and operational performance, and leading large-scale service delivery within the PACE ecosystem, including as Executive Vice President of PACE at Tabula Rasa HealthCare. His experience includes managing national client relationships, overseeing multiple service lines, and guiding organizations through growth and integration, consistently driving strong client retention and measurable performance improvement.

Mr. Perez holds an MBA and MSN from Drexel University and a BSN from the University of Delaware. He is a Lean Six Sigma–trained professional and a licensed Registered Nurse in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
