Desiree Massari
Dr. Desiree N. Massari is Head of Client Operations for GalenusCare, leading clinical operations to ensure client success and quality outcomes. She brings two decades of pharmacy experience spanning community pharmacy practice, acute inpatient care, enhanced medication therapy management, adverse event reporting, and long-term care pharmacy consulting.
She previously served as Operations Manager of Precision Pharmacotherapy Services at GalenusRx, a leader in advanced medication safety analytics. Dr. Massari has extensive experience in training and education, including presenting multiple ACPE-accredited continuing education programs, serving as a PGY1 residency preceptor for Tabula Rasa HealthCare, precepting pharmacy students, onboarding registered nurses for call center adverse event reporting, and guest lecturing for the Jefferson University Physician Assistant program.
Dr. Massari is a past President of the Delaware Society of Health-System Pharmacists and a community presenter on medication and poison safety. She is passionate about the care of older adults, with a strong focus on medication regimen safety and diabetes care. She earned her PharmD from Notre Dame of Maryland University and completed a PGY1 residency at Shore Medical Center in Somers Point, NJ.
