Mike Ristagno

Dr. Mike Ristagno is a Business Development Advisor for GalenusCare, supporting strategic partnerships to advance personalized medication management. He is a trusted leader and consultant whose career reflects a unique blend of clinical expertise, strategic innovation, and relationship-building. With roots as a pharmacist and a proven track record in executive leadership, Mike is dedicated delivering solutions that improve outcomes while strengthening organizational sustainability. 

He has held pivotal roles across PACE and Hospice, including Chief Client Officer at Tabula Rasa Healthcare and Chief Growth Officer at CareVention Healthcare. He was part of the founding team at CareKinesis, Inc., and later served as Senior Vice President of Client Services, helping design and scale pharmacy services tailored to the needs of PACE programs. Earlier in his career, he spent 15 years at Hospice Pharmacia, rising to Vice President of National Accounts and Vice President of Operations. 

Dr. Ristagno earned his BSc in Pharmacy from Temple University, his PharmD from the University of Florida, and his MBA from Keller Graduate School of Business.
