Orsula Knowlton

Dr. Orsula V. Knowlton is President & Co-Founder of GalenusCare, leading strategic innovation and business development to advance personalized medication management for hospice and chronic care. With more than 25 years of entrepreneurial experience, she has launched and scaled patient-centered medication risk management companies focused on improving quality, safety, and outcomes.

She previously co-founded GalenusRx, a leader in advanced medication safety analytics and served as Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer. She also co-founded and served as President, Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer of Tabula Rasa Healthcare (now Anew Health), including CareKinesis PACE Pharmacy, growing it from start-up to market leader in the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). Earlier, she was a founding member of the team at Hospice Pharmacia/excelleRx (now Enclara Pharmacia) and served as SVP & Chief Marketing/Business Development Officer from start-up to servicing over 85,000 hospice patients across 49 states.

Dr. Knowlton has been honored with numerous business, and pharmacy awards including Jacob W. Miller Award by the American Pharmacist Association Foundation. She has served on several non-for-profit, private, and public company boards and is currently on the Board of the Nassau County Council on Aging, Fernandina Beach/Callahan, FL, Board of Visitors for St. Joseph’s University’s Philadelphia College of Pharmacy in Philadelphia, PA and HeraWell, Inc. DBA BedConnect. She earned her BSc in Pharmacy and PharmD from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, and her Executive MBA from Temple University.
