Richard Greene

Dr. Richard Greene is Regulatory & Government Affairs Advisor for GalenusCare and President of ARX Consulting, providing strategic guidance on pharmacy regulation, compliance, and government affairs. He brings decades of experience as a pharmacist, regulatory specialist, and healthcare entrepreneur, with recognized expertise in hospice, long-term care, and community pharmacy practice. 

He previously served as Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and a clinical pharmacist at Tabula Rasa HealthCare, and as Vice President of Government Affairs and Pharmacy Relations for Hospice Pharmacia / excelleRx and MedRxperts. A Certified Pharmacy Regulatory Specialist and Fellow of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists, Dr. Greene has owned and operated multiple community pharmacies, a medical and sports medicine supply company, and a long-term care consulting practice. He is also a facilitator for focus groups and a contributor to continuing education programs for healthcare professionals nationwide. 

Dr. Greene earned his BSc in Pharmacy from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science, his PharmD from the University of Florida, and his MBA from Temple University.
