
Pharmacy Talent Acquisition Partner
Position Summary
The Pharmacy Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of licensed pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and pharmacy leadership positions across the organization. This role partners closely with pharmacy operations, hiring managers, and HR business partners to attract, assess, and hire top pharmacy talent. The Pharmacy Talent Acquisition Partner serves as a subject matter expert in pharmacy workforce trends and maintains a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to support organizational staffing goals.
Location: Hybrid, Mt. Laurel, NJ
Status: Full-time, 40+ hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for pharmacist, pharmacy technician, clinical pharmacy specialist, and pharmacy director roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, determine candidate profiles, and define selection criteria.
- Source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, pharmacy school partnerships, professional associations, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to evaluate qualifications, licensure status, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process including scheduling, panel interview logistics, and candidate communications.
- Extend verbal and written offers, negotiate compensation within established ranges, and facilitate pre-employment onboarding requirements (e.g. license verification, background checks, drug screens).
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with EEOC and applicable regulations.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-need and hard-to-fill pharmacy positions.
- Represent the organization at pharmacy career fairs, college recruitment events, and professional conferences.
- Monitor and report on key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, source of hire, and cost-per-hire.
- Ensure compliance with state pharmacy board licensing requirements when screening candidates.
- Collaborate with compensation to benchmark pharmacy salaries and remain competitive in the market.
- Recruiting for other positions, as needed.
- Assist with human resources generalist duties, and other duties as assigned by the company at its sole discretion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in pharmacy recruiting.
- Working knowledge of pharmacy roles, licensure requirements (RPh, PharmD, CPhT), and relevant regulatory bodies.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for pharmacy professionals across all pharmacy practice settings.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools.
- Human Resources generalist experience.

Work Environment

Hybrid with certain days onsite; occasional travel to pharmacy sites, career fairs, and recruitment events.
