Perez brings more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience rooted in clinical operations, including hospital-based and PACE programs. A registered nurse with advanced clinical and business training, he has played key leadership roles in multiple healthcare startups, helping design clinically sound, compliant care models and the infrastructure needed to support scalable growth while maintaining high standards of quality and outcomes.
