Jessica L. Filippoli

Jessica L. Filippoli is the Director of Implementation and Client Strategy at GalenusCare, where she leads client partnerships to ensure successful, scalable healthcare solutions. With over a decade of experience across the healthcare landscape, she brings a strategic yet practical approach to implementing innovative pharmacy and care models.

She previously built and matured implementation programs at TabulaRasa HealthCare and Upward Health with a 100% client retention success rate. Throughout her career, she has worked at the intersection of pharmacy, public health, and healthcare operations, translating complex clinical and data insights into actionable strategies for clients and partners. She has a range of experience from hospital pharmacy to adjunct teaching at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS), to implementation and client strategy for multiple start-up organizations.

Ms. Filippoli earned her BS in Pharmaceutical Sciences fromMCPHS and MPH in Epidemiology and Biostatistics at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, where she developed expertise in population health, data-driven decision-making, and outcomes measurement.
