Regional Vice President, Market Development & Strategic Partnerships

Position Summary

The Regional Vice President (RVP) is responsible for driving strategic growth, client implementation success, and ongoing account management throughout an assigned region. This role serves as the region's primary market leader for ChorusRx, identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key stakeholder relationships, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention.

The RVP works closely with PACE and hospice organizations to position ChorusRx as a trusted partner for Clinically Integrated PharmacistTM support, advanced medication science, and streamlined pharmacy workflows.

Location: Hybrid or Remote
Status: Full-time, 40+ hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Business Development (40%)

    • Identify, cultivate, and win new business opportunities within assigned region through networking, industry conferences, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
    • Develop and execute regional growth strategies aligned with organizational goals.
    • Build relationships with executive leadership teams, including CEOs, Executive Directors, CFOs, COOs, Medical Directors, and clinical leadership.
    • Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and closing activities.
    • Provide market intelligence regarding competitors, market trends, regulatory changes, and client needs.

Client Implementation (30%)

    • Serve as Executive Sponsor throughout client implementation to ensure seamless transition from contract execution through go-live.
    • Coordinate cross-functional efforts among internal ChorusRx operational, clinical, and technology teams 
    • Facilitate project planning, timeline management, and issue resolution during implementation.
    • Conduct executive-level implementation meetings and progress reviews.
    • Monitor launch milestones and client satisfaction throughout implementation.

Account Management and Retention (30%)

    • Maintain relationships with executive and operational leadership within client organizations in assigned region.
    • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
    • Address client concerns and coordinate resolution efforts.
    • Monitor client satisfaction and retention metrics.
    • Support renewals and identify opportunities for service expansion and contract growth.
Qualifications

Required

    • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Pharmacy, Nursing, Public Health, Gerontology, or related field.
    • Minimum 10-15 years of healthcare leadership, business development, account management, or consulting experience.
    • Demonstrated success selling or managing healthcare services.
    • Knowledge of PACE, Medicare Advantage, managed care, pharmacy services, long-term care, or value-based care models.
    • Strong executive presentation and communication skills.
    • Ability to travel regularly throughout assigned region.

Preferred

    • Master's degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or related field).
    • Experience leading/working directly with PACE organizations.
    • Experience with pharmacy benefit, LTSS, senior care, or integrated care delivery models.
    • Existing relationships with healthcare executives and industry partners.
